Food Ethos

Overseen by Consultant Chef Charlie Jones, our food ethos is simple; we focus on seasonality and quality ingredients. We support smaller local suppliers and farms to showcase their produce and aim to minimize wastage as much as possible. Our food compost goes back into nourishing our garden, and we are lucky enough to grow some organic fresh fruit (such as mangoes, papayas, limes, longan, bananas and other local fruits). We are also excited to soon be seeing growth in our new organic vegetable garden!



We work with what's fresh daily from the market, and specific international ingredients are sourced from reliable, quality suppliers. Our wholesome health-conscious meals aim to excite the diverse palette and cater to all from plant-based eaters through to carnivores. Before booking a retreat, please discuss your dietary requirements with us.





Villa Hire & Private Chef


Our kitchens are open for you to use; avid chefs are welcome to get cooking! For your own groceries, we can help arrange transport to the local supermarket or market.

Those who want to sit back and relax completely, can request a Private Chef (additional cost) and discuss dietary requests with us. We kindly ask you to give us advance notice.


Events & Weddings


We work in partnership with some of the best caterers in Chiang Mai who can help elevate the culinary element of your event vision to life. Please provide us your cuisine and dietary requests and we'll be happy to introduce you.
