Each retreat offers its own set of inclusions, but typically we include accommodation at Saraphi House, all onsite meals daily and onsite activities as listed for each event. Every trip varies, but we like to include 1-2 excursions and leave the other days for optional activities. All yoga classes, group discussions, and guided meditations are included.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND?
We welcome all levels and abilities and aim to be as inclusive as possible. Whilst we are not a bootcamp, attending our retreat is a great way to kickstart your health and fitness journey. We work with you, and our tribe is very supportive of each others' progress so you will be enjoying a very supportive environment. Do let us know if you are a complete beginner or have any concerns and we will give you the necessary support.
DO I NEED YOGA EXPERIENCE?

We offer opportunities for growth and new experiences for anyone interested in the yoga and mindfulness.

Yes, we’ll have mats, blocks and straps for you so you can pack light!
DO I NEED TO ATTEND ALL ACTIVITIES?
It is not compulsory for you to attend all activities, but we recommend you to do so. After all, you've paid for this experience and often times it's the things that we do not want to do the most, that teaches us the most. We will support you along the way, so let’s enjoy the journey together!
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON THE RETREATS?
Our group sizes depend on which trip you are joining. However, we keep group sizes small and intimate to have a good teacher to student ratio while keeping in mind the joy and community that can come from a certain size group. Our trips generally range from 10-12 guests.
I'M TRAVELLING ON MY OWN, DO MANY GUESTS ALSO TRAVEL SOLO?
Yes, a lot of guests travel alone to attend retreats. This is a great way to step away from your everyday lives, from what you know and really connect with yourself and a new community. You often discover or even re-discover yourself in these scenarios.
WHO WILL I BE SHARING WITH, IF I BOOK A SHARED ROOM?
If you are booking with friends or a group, you will be sharing with them (unless you specify different). If you are travelling solo, you will always be sharing a room with the same sex.
